Cecil Hotel Beating Suspect Back In Court



Mar 11/10 - A lengthy delay in proceedings for a man charged in the death of Trevor Bergstresser.  Lawyers continue organizing a three-day preliminary hearing for Clarence Williams.  The 32-year-old faces counts of manslaughter and assault after the victim was found outside the Cecil Hotel August 8th.  15 days later, he died in hospital.  Williams is expected back in court April 15th to set dates.  His co-accused, Jackson Taylor, 22, begins his three-week manslaughter trial on May 25th.
