Mar 15/10 - The Canadian Real Estate Association says the national housing market may be losing some of its steam. The group reports year over year gains for February are much smaller than in the past three months. But locally, President of the Medicine Hat Real Estate Board Jennifer McKenzie say the last few months have been marked by gains. "We're heading into spring as well, so we do anticipiate that's going to continue on for a while," says McKenzie. There were 99 sales made in February, which McKenzie says isn't bad considering the time of year.
