Mar 15/10 - The Canadian Real Estate Association says the national housing market may be losing some of its steam. The group reports year-over-year gains for February is much smaller than in the last three months. Locally, Medicine Hat Real Estate Board President Jennifer McKenzie says the last few months have been marked by gains. She says heading into the spring, they expect that trend to continue. The MHREB reports that 99 sales were completed in February, wh ich McKenzie says isn't bad for this time of year.
